Organizational Excellence

• Our values, as stated in our Purpose and within our Ritual, set up the framework for the Fraternity's existence.
• Our Bylaws, Policies and Procedures, and Ritual establish the structure of our organization. Templates are also provided to collegiate and alumni chapters so they can create chapter bylaws. This ensures consistency within the organization.
• The Central Office serves as our national headquarters and is home to our executive director and a full-time staff who conduct the administrative functions of our national organization.
• The Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation exists to financially support educational and charitable programs of the Fraternity. 
• The Fraternity provides technology solutions for brother collaboration and communication. Collegiate chapters can use the Hub to find contact information for other officers and alumni members.
• National leaders are elected at Grand Chapter Congress. Roles and responsibilities of each officer are outlined in the National Bylaws and Policies.  
• There are resources available to assist collegiate and alumni chapter officers with their responsibilities.
