Heather Troyer graduated from Washington-St. Louis with a B.S.B.A. in marketing and finance and minors in psychology and political science. She was initiated at Washington-St. Louis as a collegiate member and held many positions in her Delta Sigma Pi chapter including fundraising chair, brotherhood bonding chair, Vice President-Pledge Education, and Chapter President.

Heather joined the Central Office staff in 2003 and spent a year as an Educational and Leadership Consultant. In 2004, she became a Membership Services Coordinator, was promoted to Director of Member Services in 2009 and was promoted to Senior Director of Member Engagement in 2019. Throughout her tenure, Heather has held many responsibilities, including regalia management, chapter support, oversight of the Chapter Management Program and development and management of Delta Sigma Pi's communication strategy and team, including all electronic and printed publications and communications, including website and social media content. 

Currently, Heather leads the Fraternity alumni engagement efforts, including strategy development and implementation, and alumni chapter support and expansion. She also supervises production of The DELTASIG magazine. She serves as staff liaison for the National Alumni Development Committee and previously served on the National Awards Committee, the Resource Management Task Force and the CEI Task Force.

She enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, Bryan, and their sons, Matthew and Ethan, and the family cat, Porschee.
