To be recognized as an official Delta Sigma Pi alumni chapter, complete franchising requirements for the upcoming fiscal year between April 1 and June 30. For example, to be recognized for the July 2024-June 2025 fiscal year, requirements must be completed between April 1 and June 30, 2024.
Update dues-paying member information through the Area Alumni Module of
the Hub.
Delta Sigma Pi National Bylaws require a minimum of 10 members living in the same general locale to maintain an active alumni chapter.
Update alumni chapter officer information through the Officers Module of
the Hub. Alumni chapter officers correctly reported will be eligible for the
Member Accident Protection Program.
Create or locate an updated version of your alumni chapter bylaws. Use the alumni chapter
bylaws template as a guide.
Complete the Alumni Chapter Franchising Form within the Forms Module of
the Hub. Verify chapter officers, members, and upload the current version of your alumni chapter’s bylaws via the form.
Submit franchising and liability insurance fees. After submitting the Alumni Chapter Franchising Form, pay your invoice for the $27.50 franchising fee and $50 liability insurance fee to keep your chapter in good standing. Submit fees through the Dashboard Module of
the Hub, or send them directly to the
Central Office.
