LEAD Provincial Conferences are full weekend events for leadership training, and also include meetings of Delta Sigma Pi’s provincial councils, during which proposed changes to bylaws and the Fraternity Ritual are discussed and voted on.
Conference fees include educational, leadership, networking, and professional development sessions and materials, as well as lunch, an awards dinner, and evening entertainment and networking opportunities. Conferences include panels, discussions, and breakout sessions on topics of relevance to leadership development, personal success, and Delta Sigma Pi chapter operations. The Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation partially offsets LEAD Provincial Conference fees.
