Jasmin Flores, graduated from the University of Nevada-Reno with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. She was initiated into Delta Pi in 2014 and served as her chapter's Senior Vice President, Vice President-Scholarship & Awards and Vice President-Pledge Education. As a collegiate member, Jasmin attended seven LEAD events and one Grand Chapter Congress and was named Delta Pi Chapter's 2018 Collegian of the Year.
Jasmin joined the Central Office staff as an
Educational and Leadership Consultant in 2018. Promoted to Senior Consultant for Chapter Development then to Associate Director of Chapter Development, Jasmin continues to focus on chapter operation support and visits, but with greater focus on continuing support for chapters with additional long-range needs. She supervises the overall chapter consultation program, including staff training and visit scheduling. Jasmin is also the appointed Central Office staff lead on DEI issues, serving as the liaison to the DEI Task Force, providing support in training and engagement and coordination of various volunteer efforts.
Prior to joining the Central Office staff, Jasmin worked at U.S. Bank. At the University of Nevada, she was involved with the office of New Student Initiatives as an Orientation Guide as well as the College of Business Peer Mentor Program.
Jasmin enjoys traveling, watching basketball, crafting and baking.
