Below is a draft of the 2025 Grand Chapter Congress schedule (as of February 2025).
While the days of the event stay the same as past years, running from Wednesday, August through Sunday, August 10, the flow of the event has been updated:
- To assist attendees with the resort nature and remote location of our host hotel, we have added lunch on Wednesday and breakfast on Saturday—a total of five meals included in the registration rate along with snacks at each evening activity. Get ready to have fun!
- On Wednesday, we start Congress with a Welcome and State of Delta Sigma Pi followed by Provincial and Regional Awards Presentations. After educational sessions we can enjoy a GrillSide chat with brothers at the BBQ cookout lunch, and then we will head to our opening business meeting and caucuses, followed by an opportunity to network with the candidates. Wednesday ends with the Grand President’s Game On! Arcade Extravaganza filled with games, music and more! (Maybe Photo Booth)
- On Thursday, we start the day with elections during the business meeting. Education and recognition continue with the National Awards presented during the Awards & Recognition Lunch. Later on, attendees can participate in the onsite service event assembling hygiene kits for local Coachella Valley Rescue Mission before another entertaining evening of fun.
- Our 2025 National Honorary Initiate will be initiated on Friday morning (brothers only). Following lunch, the Grand Chapter will convene to enact legislation. That night, join us for a magical evening under the stars at our Dive-In Movie Night! Lounge by the pool or take a dip while enjoying trivia before a fantastic film on the big screen. (Satisfy your sweet tooth with a variety of candy concessions available for sale).
- Grand Chapter Congress culminates on Saturday starting with recognition during the Alumni Awards & Recognition Breakfast. After the final business meeting, join us as we honor 50 years of women's achievements and contributions by viewing a special presentation hearing about inspiring stories from our esteemed ladies followed by more fun at our Pink Flamingo Social. Dress in your best pink or purple attire and get ready to celebrate in style!
