Marissa Smith graduated from Miami University, earning a degree in integrated studies. She began working for Delta Sigma Pi in 2018, was promoted in 2021 to Executive Assistant-Fraternity, and promoted again in 2022 to Associate Director of Operational Services. In addition to serving in an office manager-style role with oversight of the Central Office support staff and supporting IT infrastructure, she provides support to the Fraternity Board of Directors, is responsible for the management of Fraternity records, and handles regalia processing, including inventory and logistics. 

Marissa grew up in the Oxford area and still resides locally, where she spends plenty of time with her family. Her passions include music, cooking, and caring for her dog, Chief, and cat, Priscilla, as well as an array of house plants.
