The Educational & Leadership Consultant position is a full-time, paid position on Central Office staff. This opportunity provides a number of job experiences and benefits for recent college graduates. An Educational and Leadership Consultant is responsible for chapters visits where one will counsel collegiate chapters in all areas of operations and provide leadership training to chapter officers.
Duties in addition to chapter visits include:
- Reviewing and editing business documents for policy compliance
- Facilitating group training with chapter officers
- Meeting with campus administrators
- Managing on site conference tasks
- Supporting a variety of office and customer service functions
ELCs have the opportunity to travel throughout the country for up to 75% of the school year. The position also includes a competitive package of benefits.

Applicants must be Delta Sigma Pi members in good standing with a bachelor's degree. Applicants must demonstrate good knowledge of chapter functions, the Hub, Chapter Management Program, Risk Management and recruitment techniques. Applicants should be able to moderate group discussions and speak in front of large groups of people. Ability and willingness to travel, including weekends, is a must.
