All nominations for elective office must be submitted online using the electronic form at http://dsp.org/nominations. An electronic signature affirming the Code of Conduct and conflict of interest policy is required. Nominations may be submitted at any time but must be received no later than midnight on March 17, 2022. Important nomination information may be found in Policy P. Nominations, Campaigning and Vacancies and at www.dsp.org/candidates. In accordance with policy, Central Office staff will verify the eligibility of those nominated.
Starting March 3rd a listing of candidate information will be available on the website at www.dsp.org/candidates. Candidate information will also be distributed to all chapter presidents on Friday, March 18 with caucus and election taking place the next day. Information regarding attendance at the virtual council meeting will be made available in the week preceding.
An official description of the duties of a Provincial Vice President can be found in Bylaws Article V Section 4. and in Policy and Procedures Section K.6. I invite all of those who are or will be eligible to hold this office to consider this level of service to our Fraternity.
