Jeremy Levine is the 13th Executive Director for the Fraternity and follows Bill Schilling who stepped down in July, 2021 after 26 years of service. Schilling now serves as Leadership Foundation Executive Vice President, in preparation
for his retirement in September.
In this position, Levine will manage, execute, communicate, and coordinate the daily operations of the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi and its associated Leadership Foundation. Levine has been serving as Interim Executive Director
since July 1, 2021 while a formal search for a new Executive Director was conducted.
“I am beyond humbled and honored to be asked to lead Delta Sigma Pi in our next chapter. I want to thank the Board of Directors for this opportunity and their trust in me. I also want to thank Executive Director Emeritus Bill Schilling
and the entire Central Office staff for their support, teaching, and collaboration over the years. I have seen firsthand the incredible opportunities that Delta Sigma Pi provides to students and alumni alike, and I am eager and excited to continue
working to ensure that Delta Sigma Pi continues to grow and develop our future business leaders of tomorrow.”
In May 2021, the Board of Directors approved the use of a recruiting firm to establish an Executive Director search and
to create an Executive Director (ED) Selection Task Force to assist in the process of interviewing, selecting, and hiring of an Executive Director. The Selection Task Force worked with People Solutions Center, headed by Katie Magoon, Eastern Illinois,
to identify competency requirements for the position and to provide the Board of Directors with a slate of candidates for the position. People Solutions Center was selected after receiving quotes from several agencies due to their experience
working with non-profit organizations and the scope of the project work. Throughout this process, the Task Force gained feedback from discussions with the Board of Directors, a collegiate focus group, and feedback from staff.
Grand President of Delta Sigma Pi, Cory Stopka stated, “On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to have Jeremy Levine as our next Executive Director! His history of working with every aspect of the Fraternity will be a remarkable asset
in our continued effort to ensure that Delta Sigma Pi continues as the leading Business Fraternity.”
The ED Selection Task Force included the following members: Immediate Past Grand President Tricia Smith; Grand President Cory Stopka; Vice President-Finance Jodi Schoh; Past Grand President Onuka Ibe; Leadership Foundation Chair and Past Grand President
Randy Hultz; former Leadership Foundation Executive Vice President Bill Martin; 1977 National Collegian of the Year, Phi Gamma Delta Executive Director Emeritus and managing partner at Chapman and Cutler LLP Marc Franson; and (ad hoc) Executive Director
Emeritus and LF Executive Vice President Bill Schilling.
Of the selection, President of the Delta Sigma Pi Foundation, Randy Hultz stated, “On behalf of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation, I want to congratulate Jeremy on being named the Fraternity’s newest Executive Director and welcome him
officially to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees in that capacity. We look forward to working with Jeremy to advance the strategic priorities of Delta Sigma Pi and the Leadership Foundation!”
