As the South Central PVP, Henry wants to focus on leadership development and training to strengthen the South Central Province. Additionally, he plans to provide support and drive the Strategic Priorities, and work with the DEI Task Force to help better the Fraternity as a whole. Henry’s goal is to create an environment where the PVP is accessible, so all brothers can share concerns and solutions. He wants to ensure brothers have access to help and communications in order to cultivate success within the brotherhood. 

Henry is a graduate of Missouri-Kansas City and has previously served in many roles within the Fraternity including South Central PVP from 2012 to 2017, Midwestern Regional Vice President and District Director. He also has served as chair of the South Central Scholastic Development and Awards Committee, as chair of the Midwestern Regional Awards Committee and on the Leadership Foundation Donor Outreach and Engagement Committee, among many others. Brother McDaniel also served as Chancellor for the 2021 Virtual Grand Chapter Congress. He is a long-term member of the Kansas City Alumni Chapter, having previously served as chapter president. 

Henry is the current director of products for SelectQuote Auto and Home, a national personal lines insurance agency based in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City area). His primary role is to oversee the management of contracts of a $200 million book of business representing 26 different insurance carriers. He also leads a virtual team which coordinates the agency underwriting and quality assurance.
