A longtime volunteer, Shawn Gregory, Tampa (FL), has served as a Foundation Trustee and Audit Committee Chair since 2020, and now serves as Vice Chair until the 2023 annual meeting. In addition to his Foundation service, Gregory served as District Director from 1995-1997 and Regional Vice President from 1997-2001. His wife, Jeanne, also Tampa (FL), has also served in several volunteers roles over the years including District Director and Regional Awards Committee Chair. Shawn and Jeanne also have two sons together, Aedan and Connor, North Florida.

“We are honored to have Shawn serving as the Vice Chair”, said President & Chair Beth Keith. “Shawn brings an executive level of expertise to the Foundation and specifically to the Audit and Finance Committees. He is very relationship-oriented and is successful in developing long-term relationships that will have a lasting impact on donor engagement and support to the Leadership Foundation.”

Professionally, Gregory has been employed by HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla. since 1995 and is currently the chief financial officer. He earned his MBA from the University of Tampa. 

“Shawn brings to Delta Sigma Pi and the Leadership Foundation a wealth of financial experience due to his professional background in finance and accounting. He also brings a passion for the Fraternity to the position as Delta Sigma Pi is a family affair as his son and wife are brothers too!” said Shanda Gray, Chief Operating Officer of the Leadership Foundation. “We all look forward to working with him in his new role as Vice Chair.”
