Mark Wernette is a 2009 graduate of Midwestern
State University with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA. Upon graduation he was an internal auditor for JRMB, the bank holding company of City National Bank & Trust and FSNB. He became the Compliance Officer of FSNB in 2012 and then became their
Chief Financial Officer in 2021. He is a member of the Board of Directors for FSNB and DPI, Inc, an affiliate company of FSNB. He also serves as a Board member and the Treasurer of Child Advocates - CASA Red River and as a Board Member of the Financial
Institutions Housing Opportunity Pool.
Fraternally, Mark Wernette initiated at the Epsilon Zeta Chapter in 2008 and has served in a variety of Delta Sigma Pi Leadership positions, including as the South Central Provincial Vice President from 2017-2021 and two stints as the Tornado Alley Regional
Vice President. He lives in Lawton, OK with his wife Nicole Wernette (Kappa Omicron) and their daughter Lily.
Kathryn Jodon, CPA is a Principal with Cerity Partners based out
of Cleveland, Ohio. Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, she was initiated in the Mu Pi chapter of Delta Sigma Pi in the fall of 2006. Kathryn has over a decade of experience working with clients throughout the US and enjoys helping them define and
achieve their financial goals. Her extensive background in tax and tax planning allows her to bring a unique perspective to the table when working with both individuals and families to implement a comprehensive financial plan
Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Kathryn spent time working in public accounting with a large international firm. In this role, she provided tax compliance, planning, and consulting services to manufacturing, real estate, and high-net-worth clients.
Prior to becoming a CPA, Kathryn worked as an assistant controller in the compressed air industry maintaining all financial records for a privately owned manufacturer.
Kathryn spends her time outside of the office exploring Cleveland and creating memories with her husband and three year old daughter. She is an advocate for the education and economic empowerment of women and girls, and volunteers her time with Soroptimist
International of Cleveland.
Rachel Greenberg
graduated from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management in May 2021, with a degree in Business Economics. During her time in college, she was involved in the Gamma Psi chapter of Delta Sigma Pi and served as the VP of Finance. Along with
DSP, she was involved in the Investments Club, Wall Street Scholars, and was a founding member of the Tamid chapter at UofA. Post-grad, Rachel moved to Chicago, IL and started her career in the Credit & Structured Products Department at Alter
Domus where she works on leveraged loan portfolios.
