The Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld hotel is now SOLDOUT!
Our room block at the Doubletree by Hilton SeaWorld is now full, having exceeded our initially contracted rooms. We do not have an overflow hotel option currently. There are dozens of hotels near SeaWorld and hundreds throughout Orlando, but it is a busy spring weekend with high rates and reduced availability. If you need a room, check with others you know attending the LEAD to see if they may have an extra for you. If not, we suggest you do a search of hotels near SeaWorld to find what may work best for you.
NOTE: If you have a hotel room you no longer need, please DO NOT CANCEL it. Instead, please contact registration@dsp.org, so we can assign hotel room to other Deltasigs, versus it being canceled and no longer available to our group. Thank you!
Check-In 4 p.m. Check out 11a.m. Delta Sigma Pi’s discounted rate is $139/night + tax for one to four people, which includes complimentary internet. Must be 18 and older to book within the room block, must be 21 or older for check-in outside of the room block.
Discounted overnight and self-parking is available at $10 per day. A scheduled shuttle service is available and running to attractions such as: SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove theme parks.
Community Service:
The community service activities at the Southern Provincial LEAD Conference will be in support of the Ronald McDonald Houses of Central Florida. We will be making hygiene kits and cards for the families. Participants are asked to bring donations of the following items:
