Andrew joined Kappa Sigma Chapter at Indiana-Purdue at Indianapolis in fall 2010 while completing his undergraduate degree in supply chain management. Since, Andrew has been a member of Cincinnati Alumni Chapter, served as a District Director
(Xavier (OH) and Dayton (OH)) and attended over 20 National Fraternity events. Andrew completed his MBA at Xavier University in 2019. He is currently employed with Tyler Technologies as a training specialist, where he
leads new hire training and ongoing education for implementation consultants, project managers, and support personnel for software solutions. Andrew has also always been an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
at Tyler and is the co-founder and co-chair of the DEI Committee, supporting 1,500 employees in the division.
Andrew remains actively engaged with the community and he is highly passionate about creating equal opportunities for marginalized groups. Andrew currently serves as a national board of governor with the Human Rights Campaign. As
part of this role, Andrew guides the Greater Cincinnati Human Rights Campaign Workplace Equality team in creating programming in partnership with employee resource groups, business resource groups, and other DEI related groups at companies,
such as GE Aviation, Kroger, P&G, Paycor, and Fifth Third Bank. Andrew also serves as the board secretary for Cincinnati Pride, supporting the organization carrying out the largest parade and second largest festival in
Cincinnati. Through this work, Andrew brings unique elements of diversity, by being a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a person in recovery. Additionally, Andrew is a strategic thinker who thrives in developing a clear
action plan to challenge the status quo and drive change in organizations.
We’re looking forward to seeing the great strides that Deltasig will take with Andrew leading the DEI Task Force. Please join us in congratulating him by sending notes and thoughts to bare_andrew@yahoo.com!
