Why Startups?

Interning at a startup isn’t just about adding experience to a resume—it’s about gaining real, hands-on skills in a dynamic environment. Unlike larger corporations, startups give interns the chance to work directly with leadership, take ownership of projects, and make an actual impact. Whether students are interested in business, marketing, or tech, startups assist in developing critical problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a global mindset—all while contributing to a company that values fresh ideas.

Startups also offer a more collaborative and dynamic atmosphere, with open workspaces, networking events, and close-knit teams that make it easier to build meaningful connections with peers. Plus, employers recognize the difference between a passive internship and one that takes on real responsibility. Interning abroad at a startup, signals to future employers that a student is adaptable, resourceful, and ready for challenges—qualities that set many apart in today’s job market.
