Educational and Leadership Consultants have the unique opportunity to visit chapters across the country to improve chapter operations and work directly with university/business school administration. As consultants grow their professional portfolio and give back to the Fraternity, they gain valuable skills such as interpersonal communication, public speaking, conflict resolution, relationship management and creative and analytical problem solving.
