Volunteer Online Leadership Training

Jan 30, 2017 – Volunteer Online Leadership Training, or VOLT, provides leadership training while connecting District Directors and Regional Vice Presidents across the country.

Brothers interested in this training commit to two meetings each month: a webinar and a small group discussion. The tentative webinar dates and monthly topics are:

  • April 4 - Preparing Chapters for Fall 2017 Strategic Planning and Officer Transition Best Practices
  • May 2 - Developing Your Leadership Skills by Enabling Others to Lead      
  • June 6 - Improving Your Emotional Intelligence  

The group will also meet during Grand Chapter Congress to wrap-up discussions and review the program.

Interested brothers must provide their contact information via Google Sheets by March 5, 2017 to reserve their place in the program—only the first 80 DDs and RVPs will be permitted to attend.
