In an effort to better align with our Strategic Priorities, we have recently unveiled a new staff structure. As part of this transition, we are excited to announce the creation of a number of new staff positions. These full-time positions are based in Oxford and have competitive salaries and benefits. Associate Director of Chapter Services
This position is responsible for executing the programs that provide support to consultative service to collegiate chapters and promotes chapter growth. These activities include developing a schedule of chapter visits to be conducted by Educational and Leadership Consultants and other staff, and coordinating the chapter and individual discipline process. This individual is also responsible for management of the Chapter Management Program and overseeing assistance and training on the Hub (online tool for chapter management and recognition programs) and other chapter tools and resources.
IT and Database Coordinator
This position will assist in ensuring that the membership database (currently Patriot v2 by Patriot Software Solutions), organization website and online tools, staff user devices, and other organizational technology are performing at the highest level possible to achieve the organization’s goals. The position is responsible for day-to-day management of technology vendors, technology troubleshooting and maintenance, and design and development of new web and database tools. Additionally, he/she will play a key role in researching, selecting, and implementing our next membership database.
Corporate Partnership Coordinator
This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Delta Sigma Pi’s corporate partnership program. He/she is the primary person responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, including scheduling and facilitating partner promotions. The position is also responsible for creating new and renewing existing partnerships, including identifying, researching, qualifying and negotiating with potential and existing partners. They are expected to take necessary steps to understand the needs and interests of partners, potential partners, staff, volunteers, and membership in order for the program to achieve the highest potential value for all parties.
Educational and Leadership Consultant
Chapter Consultants have the unique opportunity to visit chapters across the country to improve chapter operations and work directly with university/business school administration. As consultants grow their professional portfolio and give back to the Fraternity, they gain valuable skills such as interpersonal communication, public speaking, conflict resolution, relationship management and creative and analytical problem solving. Delta Sigma Pi alumni and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
Delta Sigma Pi’s Central Office (National Headquarters) is located in southwest Ohio, near Cincinnati and adjacent to Miami University in Oxford. Oxford is a small town with a historic Uptown area that is home to several locally owned shops and restaurants.
