As
the Fraternity grows in membership, national exposure and volunteerism, it is important that the Central Office staff structure grows to provide unwavering support to our organization. As we proceed in the vision of Deltasig's strategic priorities, the emphasis on staff/organizational cohesiveness remains an important goal. The decision to create the new position of Associate Director of Chapter Services is just one example of that emphasis.
In his role, Havens will take over staff responsibility for chapter discipline and assistance, management of the ELC program, and along with the chapter consultants, the management of Hub/CMP support. Tyler has a B.S.Ed. in Elementary Education from State University of New York College at Fredonia, and received a M.S. in College Student Personnel (Higher Ed Administration) from Western Illinois University. He has also shared his knowledge by facilitating at dozens of conferences for various Greek organizations and university-geared events, and is an initiate of Sigma Phi Epsilon social fraternity.
With the addition of the Associate Director of Chapter Services position, our most senior staff will be able to shift focus toward other strategic priorities. Dale Clark will focus his nearly thirty years of staff experience toward expansion and membership growth of our most struggling chapters, while Heather Troyer will shift more of her immense support toward alumni engagement.
We are very excited about the knowledge and opportunities Tyler brings to our organization! Join us in welcoming him by sending your congratulations to:
