Brian will serve in our newly created IT and Database Coordinator role.

As the Fraternity grows in membership, national exposure and volunteerism, it is important that the Central Office staff structure grows to provide unwavering support to our organization. As we proceed in the vision of Deltasig’s strategic priorities, the emphasis on staff/organizational cohesiveness remains an important goal. The decision to create the new position of IT and Database Coordinator is one example of this emphasis.

In his role, Brian will ensure that the membership database, organization website and online tools, staff and user devices, and other organizational technology are performing at the highest level possible to achieve the organization’s goals. His position is responsible for day-to-day management of technology vendors, troubleshooting and maintenance, and design and development of new web and database tools. With experience spanning two decades, Brian had spent the last 9 years working for a small consulting company in Vandalia, Ohio, as a senior network engineer before taking the position with Delta Sigma Pi.

Creation of this position follows the staff restructuring completed in 2019, including naming Jeremy Levine COO, expanding our chapter services department with the addition of Tyler Havens as Associate Director of Chapter Services, and shifting the focus of our senior staff to better align with our strategic priorities.
