Effective July 1, 2021, Bill Schilling, Fraternity Executive Director, will be transitioning to Executive Vice President of the Leadership Foundation. This transition is part of a planned process in anticipation of Bill’s desired retirement from staff on September 30, 2022.
Both Boards join together in thanking Bill for his 25 years of service to Delta Sigma Pi as Executive Director. During these past 25 years, he has helped establish Delta Sigma Pi as a leading fraternal organization and set us on a path of continued success. His transition to Executive Vice President ensures a smooth transfer of foundational knowledge and expertise to his successors in both roles.
With Bill’s continued service with Central Office staff, we can ensure a smooth transition within our Leadership Foundation and Delta Sigma Pi operations, while also providing Bill the opportunity to strengthen and build on the Leadership Foundation priorities set in the past several years.
In addition, we welcome to Delta Sigma Pi and our Leadership Foundation, our new Associate Executive Vice President, Jeanine Triplett. Jeanine has had an extensive professional career focused on development and strategic communications with several charitable organizations. A member of Delta Zeta Sorority, Jeanine also brings a wealth of Greek organizational knowledge and a stellar record of volunteer service, including serving as Delta Zeta's National President from 2012 to 2014, and as Leadership Giving Chair of the Delta Zeta Foundation's national capital campaign. Along with her role with the Leadership Foundation, Jeanine will also lead the Fraternity communications team, helping to create and execute a focused and strategic communications plan that will advance Delta Sigma Pi's initiatives and help engage collegiate, alumni, and faculty members.
With Bill and Jeanine helming our Leadership Foundation team, we are excited for the opportunities presented in the coming year.
In conjunction with Bill’s transition to Executive Vice President, we are pleased to announce that, effective July 1, Jeremy Levine, current Chief Operating Officer of Delta Sigma Pi, has agreed to serve as Interim Executive Director while a formal search process is conducted, coinciding with the transition. The Fraternity Board has established a Selection Task Force to work with a recruiting firm to find and recommend a slate of executive candidates to the Board.
The Board of Directors thanks Jeremy for accepting the appointment as Interim Executive Director. As Chief Operating Officer, he has overseen a staff of 17; expanded the member services team; and developed and enhanced a framework ensuring operational and tactical support to accomplish the Fraternity’s strategic priorities the past four years. Jeremy recently helped facilitate the Board in establishing Strategic Priorities for 2021-2026. He began his career with Delta Sigma Pi as an Educational and Leadership Consultant, and has gained experience in several operational roles, leading to serving in his current position as COO.
