Delta Sigma Pi’s Central Office is seeking a new Executive Director at its headquarters located in Oxford, OH. The Executive Director serves as the CEO of the Fraternity and reports to the Board of Directors via the Grand President.  This role will manage, execute, communicate and coordinate the daily operations of the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi  and its associated Leadership Foundation.  This position works closely with the Board of Directors to create and implement the organization’s strategic plan and oversees a $3 million budget.  In addition, the Executive Director is  the team leader and coach to 15-20 staff members and interacts daily with our extensive network of volunteer leaders.
