Theresa J. Drew, Northern Arizona, was presented the 2014 Career Achievement Award during Atlanta’s LEAD School on October 18, having been nominated by past Executive Director Mike Mazur. Brother Mazur worked with Drew as she served on the Fraternity’s Board of Directors as the first female Collegian of the Year and later when she served on the Leadership Foundation’s Board as a Trustee.

Brother Drew is managing partner for the Carolinas practice of Deloitte, having joined the firm in 1979. As the only female to lead a Big Four accounting firm in Charlotte, Drew has proven her leadership skills within a largely male dominated profession.  Drew also serves on the Board of Directors of the Arts & Science Council, the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, and the Charlotte Chamber. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
