Charles "Chuck" Brown, San Diego, was presented his Silver Helmet by GP Tricia Smith at the Western LEAD Provincial Conference in February. Chuck's excitement for the Fraternity is infectious amongst the brothers within the Western Province. After serving as Western Provincial Vice President, he continued to serve the Fraternity, including as District Director for six different chapters and serving as the Fraternity's National Marketing and Communications Committee Chair. Chuck has been a member and served in office for both East Bay (CA) and San Francisco Bay Area, where he currently serves as President. He is also currently serving as a Leadership Foundation Trustee. If Chuck looks familiar, it is because he has attended nearly 79 national Fraternity events since becoming a brother! 


Paul Dawson, Wayne State (MI), was presented his Silver Helmet by GP Tricia Smith at the Western LEAD Provincial Conference in February. After moving to San Diego, he started volunteering as District Director for Xi Pi at Redlands (CA) and Inland Empire Alumni Chapter before serving as Pacific Coast Regional Vice President. After his term as RVP, Paul took on several officer roles in the San Diego Alumni Chapter and also served as the Western Province Community Service Chair. Later, he served on the Pacific Coast Regional Awards Committee. Most recently, he has also served as the Chair of the Pacific Coast Regional Awards Committee. In addition to his service, Paul has attended nearly 50 national events, including 12 Grand Chapter Congresses. Paul's continued dedication to the Fraternity and Foundation are an inspiration to many.
