A healthcare executive with 18 years of progressive leadership at the senior most level across sales, information technology, and operations, Mandoli has a unique perspective on growth and leadership. He has built innovative analytical tools, lead the IT integration of the two largest pharmacy integrations in history and lead operation teams of 13,000 staff members. Brother Mandoli's expertise in the pharmacy and pharmacy benefits space is across multiple disciplines. He has spent the last five years transforming the pharmacy operations team from silo-centered goals to enterprise and patient-focused, delivering ratings in member experience and home delivery pharmacy.
Mandoli's background includes 10 years in sales and account management leading analytic and product support functions, eight years in IT (including five years as the CTO of a Fortune 50 organization), and five years running the largest ($20B) home delivery pharmacy in the country.
Brother Mandoli received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan with majors in accounting and organizational psychology. He did graduate studies in computer science and received an MBA at Syracuse University.
An active participant in the community, Mandoli is on the board of College Bound, empowering students from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve bachelor's degrees and successful careers. He has also been an active supporter of the Logos School, Arch Grants and the United Way.
