• Unlocking Opportunities for Service, Giving, and Connections (CE) – Onuka Ibe (Beech) Service and philanthropy are at the heart of Delta Sigma Pi, offering a lasting impact beyond your college years. As you transition from campus to career, your philanthropy/service experience will be an asset. Volunteering not only allows you to make a difference in your community but also helps you build meaningful connections with colleagues and friends. Join us for an engaging and interactive session to explore opportunities for giving back and staying connected through service.
• Marketing your chapter (FCO) - Jacob Perry, Rogers William Uni. (Terrace) Every business major takes an introduction to marketing. Now learn how to utilize your marketing knowledge to make your recruitment more successful! Organizing an effective approach to recruitment is “Recruiting from a Marketer’s Perspective.”
• Mastering Intercultural Competency to Strengthen Relationships (LD) with Partner IES - Shaina Moran (Plaza I) This session will introduce students to the topic of intercultural competency (IC) in a workplace context. Students will learn about what IC means, the professional benefits of investing in IC, and will reflect on their own experiences with IC in their personal and professional lives. The session will ask participants to engage through breakout discussions and trivia.

• The Agile Leader: Thriving in Change (LD) - Andrew Walsh-Bare (Plaza III) The ability to adapt and lead through change is crucial in today's world. Develop strategies for navigating uncertainty, embracing innovation, and fostering resilience within your team. (This session might include case studies of companies that have successfully adapted to change, brainstorming sessions on managing change, or discussions on the role of technology in leadership.)
• The Future is Now: Emerging Trends and Your Career (CD) – Travis Brodbeck (Plaza I, II) Explore the forces shaping the future of work, including AI, automation, and the changing global landscape. Learn how to adapt to these trends, identify new opportunities, and future-proof your career.
• Books to Business (LD) with Partner, Enterprise Mobility - Tiffany Barajas (Beech) No more backpacks, sweatshirts and jeans. As you prepare to graduate and transition into the business world you need to understand that your life is going to be VERY different. There are things that can help or hurt you as you embark on your new career. This workshop will discuss time management, dress and grooming and professionalism. We will share career tips and discuss personal finance and share with you 11 things that you didn’t learn in college.
• Chapter Engagement & Improvement (FCO) - Kaltra Alliu, Drexel Uni. (Arbors) Member engagement is highly sought after by business and organizational leaders worldwide. But how do you achieve something so intangible? This session offers practical tips for creating a lasting organizational culture through everyday leadership behaviors.
