What Does This Proposal Do? 

This proposal creates a Grand President Elect role on the Board of Directors. This proposal would change the current Grand President/Past Grand President structure from 2-4 years as Grand President and then 2-4 years as Past Grand President, for a total of 4-8 years on the Board of Directors. This proposal would have a Brother serve as Grand President Elect for 2 years, transition to Grand President for 2 years, and then transition to Past Grand President for 2 years, for a total of 6 years on the Board of Directors.
